Billing Policy 

Please Note:  We do not use the "Online" billing feature as shown in your Admin Home Screen.  We use an "inhouse" private billing system.  All recepts for charges are sent to the email address we have on account with your original sign up information.  Please contact us if you need to change that address or need a copy of any charges.

We Thank you, for your purchase of our eVetsite Systems Services. We hope to be of service to you for many years to come!

If you chose the monthly plan, we will not charge your credit card for our service until after the end of your 30 day free trial period. After the trial period we will charge your account for each monthly charge cycle for which you will be using our service, and automatically every month thereafter unless you cancel your service by contacting our office by written notice, fax or email notification.

If you chose the annual plan, we will charge your credit card at the end of the 30 day trial period which will be the beginning of your service year, and automatically every service year (13 months) thereafter unless you cancel your service by contacting our office by written notice, fax or email notification.

Cancellation:
We will not charge your account if you cancel your service by contacting our office by written notice, fax or email notification within the first 30 days of your initial registration.

After your initial 30 day free trial, your eVetsite Systems services remain in effect until you terminate them by written notice, fax, or E-mail notification to our office. If you decide to cancel, we would appreciate any comments you might have which lead to your decision so that we can improve our service for your future consideration.

If you cancel your service with us, your services will continue through the billing cycle in which you cancel. All billing to your account, and your service with us, will terminate at the next monthly billing cycle. Annual plans will be prorated to the first of the next calendar month for credit return, unless other arrangements have been made with our office.

If your credit card account is canceled for any reason, please let us know ASAP so that we can switch to a new account for you, to avoid any interruption in your web site services.

We reserve the right to terminate your eVetsite Systems services should your account be delinquent for more than 30 days.
